Corless v. KPMG LLP

Employers are required by law to pay their employees overtime. With tougher employment standards legislation now in place in Ontario, more and more employers are paying the price for failing to properly compensate their employees for overtime. In 2008, Ken was successful in arguing and obtaining a court order certifying a class action proceeding against KMPG for its failure to pay its employees overtime. It is one of the largest employment class action lawsuits in the history of the Province.
