Since 1993, Ken Alexander's professional activities have focused on the practice of employment and labour law.

Message from Ken

Having practiced labour and employment law for over a decade, I am well aware of the challenges that face employers and employees alike. I know that for employers managing the various legal duties imposed upon them can be very costly and time-consuming. On the other hand, I also know that work-related disputes can be devastating for employees, especially in cases of wrongful dismissal. I am all too familiar with the feelings of inadequacy and even depression that can result from a wrongful termination, as well as the stress and anxiety that come with having to find a new job while your livelihood and professional reputation are at stake.

I have dedicated my entire career to helping employers and employees resolve their legal issues. Over the years I have successfully handled hundreds of cases on behalf of my clients involving a wide range of labour and employment law issues. I have appeared before all levels of Court in Ontario. I also regularly appear before the Ontario Labour Relations Board, Employment Standards Referees and Ontario Human Rights Tribunals.
